The news was announced on the movie's official Facebook page, along with the news of casting Andy Garcia and Kristin Chenoweth.  Original cast members Anne Hathaway, Jamie Foxx, George Lopez and Jesse Eisenberg, will also be on board for the sequel.  Rio 2 is expected out sometime in 2014.
