Some crazy inmate in New Mexico hired his friend (who also hired his nephew) to strangle and castrate 2 unidentified victims in Vermont and Justin Bieber and his bodyguard when they were in New York. The hitman only got as far as getting to Vermont before the inmate in New Mexico got scared and told on himself!! Both men in Vermont were arrested...

Btw..it should be noted that the inmate is some CRAZY guy with a Justin Bieber tattoo on his leg!
