Justin Bieber's friend Lil Za was pulled over in Bieber's Ferrari early Friday morning and cited for driving without a license. He got lucky and was not arrested. Instead, of being grateful for not going to jail...he got pulled over in Bieber's Ferrari AGAIN on Saturday for making an illegal U-turn. Justin was not present for either run in with cops.
Is it just me...or does Justin need to stop lending out his cars to his friends??!

There are supposedly pics being shopped of Justin and his friends Lil Za and Lil Twist at a table rolling blunts and there are also a couple bottles of cough syrup and double cups....(MEANING, THEY WERE DRINKING SIZZURP).
Justin and his friends are denying this claim.
